My Earliest Memory #374

I was standing at the big picture window of our living room, and my mother was kneeling next to me with her arm around me.
“Wave goodbye to daddy,” she said.
I waved to my dad, who smiled and waved back to us from the window of the Studebaker as he drove off in the snow.
It was 1955, and I was not yet two years old.

My Earliest Memory #373

I just woke up at about 5 years old and threw the covers off of my bed and ran downstairs for breakfast.
(I miss that energy) And I KNOW FOR SURE that right then at 5 I didn’t remember anything from the past, BUT, I continued to act as normal and call my family by their names?

Side note: I was diagnosed with Autism when i was young and so was my older brother and then one day it suddenly disappeared? And that happened at about age 5.
